Shipping & return policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 11 AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

According to EU law, we are allowed to send all the items that are legal in the Netherlands to all of the other EU countries. We do not keep track of all the regulations and laws in other EU countries regarding the items that we sell. We do not take responsibility and we do not refund the purchase price if items do not arrive because they do not comply with the laws in the country of arrival . Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If you wan to return you purchase, please mail to [email protected]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the seal must be unbroken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
